There are two versions of Google Optimize. Optimize is a free product that allows you to get started with experimentation. Optimize 360 is a premium testing and personalization tool for the enterprise that is part of the Google Analytics 360 Suite.

Enable Optimize 360
Once you’ve purchased Optimize 360, your Account Manager will create your Organization and Organization admin in the Analytics 360 Suite Home. Then you'll be able to link your Optimize account to an organization and create additional containers.
